This was an easy knit, although next time I think I’ll try to knit it in the round. I simplified the fair isle chart (because I didn’t have six colors of DK weight yarn with different values) and stuffed her with wool and catnip. Now JoJo has something in her stocking. Pattern is Fair Isle Mice by Janet McMahon (Ravelry link)
Have you knit any toys or softies? Do you have any patterns to recommend?
I hope you’re having a good holiday so far!
I was once gifted a knitted fish toy for my cats. The fish is stuffed with cat nip and one of my cats loves to carry it about in her mouth. It’s very sweet to see.

PS – my favorite was the owl; I have since made another one, and tucked it into a notch in a beam in a guest room where I sometimes stay. I’ve also made a second alien, for a friend who wants to meet some.

This would be the only mouse I’d allow in my house. Susan B. Anderson has wonderful toy patterns.

Too cute! I’ve seen some adorable little bunnies, but now I don’t remember where I saw them!
