I knit Bob a pair of socks for Valentine’s Day! 💙 Yarn is Barnyard Knits OOAK in Bob’s favorite colors. Pattern is a basic 72-74 stitch recipe with my own modifications to fit Bob’s feet.

What a lovely pair of socks! The ribbing along the instep is a very nice feature and I imagine it give a snug fit.

Bob likes it. He has a high instep which is why I made them that way.

I liked the look of the ribbing, but that it has a practical reason behind it is even more impressive.

What great socks! I spent way too much time looking at yarn online, and Barnyard Knits is one of my favorite sites. I may start putting some ribbing around my instep too after seeing your socks.
